The following dialogue will appear. See Fig. 2.

Fig. 2
Clicking on the '+' icon will allow the creation of a new
Keyword Sets. From the above example in Fig. 2., note that it is
much easier to manage Keywords if they are stored in suitable sets.
Once the set is created it can be populated with keywords by
clicking on the "+' symbol, circled in Red.
Applying Keywords
Select one or more images in the Phocus thumbnail Browser, then
choose a keyword set in the IPTC Keyword Tool to use. See the
example in Fig. 3. The keyword set "Seasons" has been chosen
with four available keywords.

Fig. 3
Simply by clicking the keyword will add it to the selected
thumbnails. See Fig. 4.

Fig. 4
The Keyword 'Spring' is now highlighted (circled in Blue) and
added to the dialogue box (circled in Red). To remove the keyword,
simply click on it once more.
The dialogue box can also be typed in freehand, to add keywords
not yet added to the library.
Note that examining the IPTC Core tool will show the keywords in
the appropriate filed also.
