Armin Zogbaums “Monkey Around“ Ausstellung
Armin Zogbaum, Deutsch-Schweizer Fotograf präsentiert seine ungewöhnliche Fotoproduktion “Monkey Around“ in einer Einzelausstellung in der Galerie der Moderne – Stefan Vogt in München.
Für die redaktionelle Strecke zum Thema Handtaschen hat Zogbaum statt Models drei Schimpansen unterschiedlichsten Alters gewählt. Entstanden ist eine Serie von Bildern, die den Betrachter sofort in ihren Bann zieht und die Absurdität des Mode-Hypes mit einem Schmunzeln inszeniert.
Die Vernissage findet am 13.10.2011 statt. Die Ausstellung kann ab dem 14.10.2011 besucht werden.

If you’ve ever dreamed of visiting Antarctica, this is the trip to join. Sailing in comfort aboard the comfortable and well-appointed One Ocean Navigator, we begin this 12 night, 13 day expedition at the tip of South America onboard Antarctica's mobile wilderness/adventure lodge.
We chart a course through the Drake Passage and might make landfall in the South Shetland Islands prior to reaching the Lemaire Channel to the Northern tip of the Antarctic Peninsula. When we arrive at the Antarctic Peninsula, be prepared to be dazzled. The abundance of wildlife is truly extraordinary including five seal species, massive penguin rookeries of gentoo, adélie and chinstrap as well as a profusion of seabirds from albatross to skuas. The landscape is even more astonishing with icebergs, horizon to infinity, clouds, and unimaginable light. It is nature you will experience up close and personal on frequent specialized excursions inland and on water.
You will photograph with a medium format camera (H4-40, 50 or 60 megapixels). Everybody gets to use a Hasseblad camera and has access to a set of lenses. You’ll have the best tool to capture the grandeur of the unique locations we are visiting.

Hasselblad Phocus Training
Deze workshop is bedoeld voor fotografen die een Hasselblad camera bezitten, willen huren of in de toekomst willen aanschaffen. Ook Hasselblad Flexcolor gebruikers zijn van harte welkom.
In de training behandelen we de workflow van Hasselblad (3FR /FFF) bestanden uit de Hasselblad H serie camera’s en CFV backs. We leren je hoe je snel en gemakkelijk perfecte beelden uit de Hasselblad Phocus software haalt en laten zien hoe je Phocus kan aanpassen aan je werksituatie. Kies voor een simpele workflow of juist voor heel uitgebreide mogelijkheden. Natuurlijk leren we je ook hoe je de Hasselblad camera vanuit Phocus kunt besturen.
De training is hands-on wat betekent dat je zelf op een computer (Mac) werkt. Zo kun je alles direct zelf uitproberen. Uiteraard is het ook mogelijk om je eigen laptop mee te nemen.

Hasselblad Masters Finalists 2012 Tour - Berlin
Um die internationale Note des Masters-Programms zu unterstreichen, veranstaltet Hasselblad zur Feier der diesjährigen Finalisten eine Reihe von Masters-Studiodays in Großstädten auf der ganzen Welt. Die Masters-Finalisten-Tour 2012 beginnt im September in London und führt anschließend nach Los Angeles, New York City und Berlin. Fotografen, kreative Köpfe, Studenten und alle an Fotografie und Kunst Interessierten sind eingeladen, an diesen kostenlosen, aufregenden Events teilzunehmen.
Der Masters-Studioday beginnt um 11.00 Uhr und umfasst verschiedene Aktivitäten. Die Teilnehmer haben die einmalige Chance, Seite an Seite mit ehemaligen Masters-Siegern bei einem Mode-Shooting mitzumachen und das H4D-Kamerasystem samt Zubehör in Aktion zu erleben. Außerdem können sie die neuesten Produkte und Technologien der Hasselblad Masters-Partner (z. B. broncolor, Epson und SanDisk) begutachten.
Nach den Aktivitäten des Tages sind die Teilnehmer eingeladen, mit Drinks, Horsd’oeuvres und Musik beim um 18.00 Uhr beginnenden Masters-Finalisten-Gesellschaftsabend zu entspannen. Der Gesellschaftsabend bietet die Möglichkeit, mit Freunden und Kollegen zu plaudern, mit Mitarbeitern von Hasselblad zu fachsimpeln und gegenwärtige Masters-Finalisten und ehemalige Masters-Sieger zu treffen. Außerdem werden ausgewählte Bilder der diesjährigen Hasselblad Masters-Finalisten gezeigt.
